Question can coach repair tears in a jacquard handbag?
i have a signature c handbag from COACH and it got a rip in it... it isn't a severe tear but could they fix that along with a peeling handle?

Question Repair for Coach handbag (chewed by puppy!)?
My puppy chewed on the strap to my Coach handbag. She didn't chew the strap all the way through, but there is definitely a chunk missing and the edge is frayed. I know that Coach will repair bags that have wear, broken zippers, etc for a small fee, but does anyone know if this is even something that can be repaired? The strap is not removable so I don't know if the entire thing can just be replaced. (It is a leather bag, I think it it was the 'bleeker' collection.) At least the puppy has good taste...

Best Answer I would call Coach to see what they recommend, if they had no answers for me and I didn't want to replace the purse totally i would see a professional that repairs leather purses locally to see if they can help.. if they bite is low enough buy a coach scarf and tie it around the area then rock it. Do Not I Repeat Do Not, wear the purse with chewed strap showing it will look totally tacky and that's a major no no.

Question Besides Coach, what handbag designers offer lifetime repair guarantees?
Marc Jacobs confirmed that they do not offer repairs. Chanel appears to offer a lifetime warranty on defects only.
