It is found on the interior of the bag on a leather tag. The serial number is located at the bottom of this tag and reads 'NO.' and then a number and letter code. The last four numbers represent the style number of the bag. It's always a good idea to contact Coach directly to make sure the numbers match up to the style you are buying. The writing above the serial numbers should be in all capital letters and should be nice and neat and not crooked or sloppy. The writing should be in English. Hope i Helped(: best of luck!
